Launch of C4EO

The new Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People's Services (C4EO) was launched on 10 July. Its aim is to improve outcomes for children, young people and families by identifying what works nationally, regionally and locally. Following a competitive tendering process, the contract to deliver C4EO was awarded to a consortium made up of SCIE, the National Children's Bureau, the National Foundation for Education Research, and Research in Practice.
